$150 a month, with no setup fee. Hosting, unlimited edits and uptime monitoring are included.
Is there a contract?
No contract, cancel anytime.
Is there a yearly discount?
No. The plan is $150 a month. Pricing only differs for separate work, like web apps or phone apps.
How do I pay?
Through a Stripe subscription link.
What does the $150 a month include?
Hosting, unlimited edits, uptime monitoring and help with your colors and branding, including a text logo. Your site can also take bookings, quote requests and payments.
What counts as an edit, and how fast is it done?
Anything that doesn't need a database: images, text, layout and more. Edits are usually live within the hour, always within 24 hours, including nights and weekends.
How do I request an edit or get support?
By email, or through a form we set up for you. Support is by email only. We don't offer phone support.
What if my site goes down?
We monitor your site's uptime ourselves. You can also email us anytime.
How soon can my site go live?
3 to 4 days after you say yes.
Who owns the domain?
You do, always. If you already have one, we use it. If not, we talk it through with you and can buy one for you. We always hand it over.
Who owns the website?
The site's content and design belong to febuslabs. While you're subscribed, you can use your site however you want. Images you provide stay yours.
Do I get the site files if I cancel?
Not unless we agree to it up front. If you want the files, we can quote a one-time price after talking with you. It isn't covered by the $150 a month.
Can you update my existing website?
No. We don't edit or take over existing sites. We build your new site from scratch.
Do you design logos?
We make a text logo for you. For a full logo we recommend working with a designer, and we can help you find one and help pay them.
Do you provide photos?
We don't supply stock photos. You send us your photos, we can make AI images if needed, or we can send a photographer.
What extras do you offer?
Billed separately, on request: business email on your domain ($25 a month), Local SEO (Google Business Profile, reviews, directory listings and monthly reports), blog writing, Google Ads management for a flat fee, and a photographer visit, priced by distance from Central Florida. We don't do Facebook ads or social media.

No. We don't guarantee rankings or results.
Can you build a web app or phone app?
Yes. Custom web apps and iPhone and Android apps are priced by scope as a separate subscription, and we talk it through with you first. You can read more at titofebus.com.
